The tiles of the SICODUR NG range, made of vitrified full body porcelain stoneware, are composed of selected raw materials (including clay) to obtain a powder that is pressed under high pressure in steel molds, then fired at high temperature. This manufacturing process gives the tiles a high dimensional stability.
SICODUR NG tiles have sharp-edged corundum grains on their surfaces which provide a remarkably non-slip surface even under the most difficult conditions (grease-covered floor). The low water absorption of ceramic tiles makes them highly resistant to stains, for easier floor maintenance. The tiles of the SICODUR NG range are easy to clean with a scrubber or a rotating brush machine despite their anti-slip surfaces.
