FB67 tile adhesive, based on epoxy resin, is an antiacid mortar designed for the interior laying of ceramic floors. It consists of three parts: one part resin, one part hardener and one part filler.
Thinset mortar laying with FB67 mortar is recommended for floors exposed to mechanical shocks and chemical attacks. It can be applied both for new construction and for repairs, which often have to be carried out without interrupting production. FB67 is recommended for industrial floors exposed to temperature and humidity variations, chemical attacks and deformation of structures such as for example manufacturing workshops in the chemical industry, pharmaceutical or food industries, industrial kitchens, …. Indeed, FB 67 has a high resistance to alkalis, most acids, cleaning products, fruit juices, etc…
FB 67 mortar is water resistant but, because of it follows the movement of the concrete, this mortar can’t be replace by a flexible waterproof layer like FB70 in a construction.
